- Perform float analysis and develop progress curves
- Lead the end-to-end development of accurate cost forecasts
- Manage spent planning and invoicing against actuals
- Track planned purchase order placement versus commitments
- Support project change management for engineering and construction
- Manage the risk register for project assessments
- Determine appropriate use of risk and contingency allowances
- Prepare timely weekly and monthly status reports
- Support preparation for Steering Committee meetings
