- Good understanding of mechanical, process, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience in the German construction industry with knowledge of contractual documentation
- English skills required, fluent German preferred
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills
- Sound organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Working knowledge of MS Office software and modern cost management digital tools
Aufgaben
- Provide estimate and cost planning
- Estimate costs at conceptual, programming, and detailed levels
- Compile feasibility studies
- Prepare procurement reports
- Manage all aspects of procurement
- Produce tender lists and analyze tenders
- Create tender reports and compile contractual documents
- Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes
- Conduct cost checks and valuation deliverables on larger projects
- Produce and present monthly cost reports to clients
- Lead value engineering initiatives and negotiate final accounts
- Maintain liaison with clients and consultants throughout project stages
- Provide leadership to cost management teams
- Identify new business development opportunities
- Implement improvements for cost management procedures and templates
