Anforderungen
- •Apprenticeship in a technical, commercial, or linguistic profession
- •Min. 3 years’ experience in technical documentation
- •Good understanding and use of DITA-based single-source publishing redaction systems and data management systems
- •Thorough, precise, organized, and structured way of working
- •Good technical writing skills, experienced in STE (Simplified Technical English)
- •Business fluent in English
- •Good MS Office knowledge
- •Very good coordinative and communicative skills
- •Strong team player
- •Ability to work with constantly changing priorities

- •Create and publish technical documentation
- •Review and update data sheets and product information
- •Ensure customer-specific information is shared directly with clients
- •Coordinate and control data inputs for accuracy
- •Maintain quality standards and adhere to documentation guidelines
- •Create and revise technical illustrations using Adobe Illustrator CS4
- •Plan workload and manage capacity
- •Enter and maintain data in Product Master Data repository
- •Consolidate data in CMS (Alfresco) and create documents using oXygen and Adobe PDF
