Aufgaben
- Conduct technical site assessments
- Evaluate venue readiness for immersive installations
- Lead technical planning for venue modifications
- Coordinate with venue managers, architects, and building contractors
- Review technical drawings and venue construction plans
- Produce technical drawings, schematics, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with German safety and building regulations
- Acquire necessary permits from relevant stakeholders
- Identify inconsistencies between creative concepts and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers and contractors
- Source and manage vendors for infrastructure and AV work
- Coordinate bids and negotiate schedules
- Oversee deliveries and manage onsite installation teams
- Ensure technical integration between all systems
- Act as liaison between creative studios and on-site teams
- Supervise onsite works for quality and safety
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency plans
- Lead technical installation phases as needed
- Manage system commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing
- Oversee technical rehearsals with creative leads
- Support handover to operations staff and provide training
