- Source and manage venue remediation consultants
- Oversee in-person experience installation and fine-tuning
- Act as onsite contact for decision-making
- Schedule and pass all required inspections
- Obtain necessary event and building permits
- Meet insurance requirements and complete risk assessments
- Apply knowledge of local regulations and practices
- Source and manage local staffing agencies
- Order operational supplies for show installation
- Maintain clear documentation across production phases
