Anforderungen
- Experience in Customer Support, Technical Account Management, or IT Security Consulting in a SaaS environment
- Hands-on expertise in guiding customers through software integrations and technical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with IT security standards such as ISO 27001, NIS2, or similar frameworks
- Experience working with cloud and SaaS products
- Basic knowledge and interest in privacy, data protection & GDPR topics
- Strong communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
- Solution-oriented, structured working style with strong customer focus
Aufgaben
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical and commercial inquiries from international customers
- Advise customers on software integration, security, and data protection
- Assist customers with security assessments
- Enhance internal tools for customer management and ticket processing
- Automate customer-related processes
- Maintain the internal and external knowledge base for easy access to information
- Update customer data and activities in the CRM system
- Represent the company at conferences or webinars on privacy and security topics
