- Create and implement a CRO management system
- Establish effective working practices
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor project efficiency
- Hold CROs accountable for deliverables
- Select new CROs based on market knowledge and project criteria
- Collaborate with Project Leads, Legal, Finance, and Project Management to draft contracts
- Assist in developing tools to simplify internal processes
