- 3+ years' professional experience as DMPK Lead
- Experience developing DMPK and quantitative pharmacology packages
- Experience partnering with Preclinical and Clinical teams
- In depth knowledge of biotransformation
- In depth knowledge of PK modelling
- Experience with biologics, peptides and new modalities
- Advanced knowledge of PKPD modelling
- Good understanding of machine learning techniques
- Familiarity with Python and KNIME
Aufgaben
- Design and implement AI-first DMPK strategies
- Integrate quantitative pharmacology into project strategies
- Design screening cascades and mechanistic experiments
- Analyze DMPK, PD, and toxicological data
- Predict clinical doses and safety windows
- Define Quantitative Pharmacology strategies with Pharmacology Leads
- Leverage company datasets to solve DMPK questions
- Optimize molecule design with Chemistry Leads
- Maintain expertise in human PK prediction methods
- Author DMPK sections for regulatory documents
- Promote inclusion and continuous professional development
