- Lab experience in mentioned techniques
- Motivation, responsibility, and organization
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)

- Measles immunity proof (IfSG)
Aufgaben
- Coordinate and execute human sample collection
- Process samples (e.g., PBMC isolation)
- Biobank samples according to ethical guidelines
- Maintain databases for translational programs and clinical trials
- Perform and optimize cell culture techniques (BLS1/S2)
- Conduct in vitro assays (FACS, functional assays, ELISA)
- Execute molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, qPCR, cloning)
- Design and conduct animal experiments
- Prepare applications for animal experimentation permits
- Maintain and operate modern laboratory equipment
- Perform computer-assisted data analysis
- Manage laboratory organization (orders, training)
- Train and assist junior staff, students, and interns
- Keep highly organized documentation of activities
- Support team members in day-to-day tasks
