In this role, you will engage in various tasks, including working in cleanrooms, performing chromatographic purification, and conducting quality controls. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve ensuring compliance and supporting production campaigns in a dynamic environment.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor or comparable qualification
• •Technical skills in chromatographic purification of proteins or microbial fermentation
• •Teamwork, responsibility, and quality awareness
• •Willingness to work in shifts primarily in a two-shift system
• •Good German and English skills
• •Valid residence and work permit

Aufgaben

• •Work in cleanrooms of classes C and B
• •Perform chromatographic purification of proteins and pDNA
• •Fill active ingredients into containers
• •Conduct aseptic work under laminar flow hoods
• •Execute in-process controls, including pH and conductivity measurements, absorption measurements, and endotoxin determination
• •Prepare for and follow up on production campaigns
• •Assist in the qualification and calibration of equipment
• •Create and document GMP-compliant records
