- Basic knowledge of visual inspection, microbiological, and endotoxin tests
- Quality-conscious, responsible, and structured work under pressure
- Willingness to work early mornings, late afternoons, or evenings
- Fluent spoken and written English communication
- Clear and conciliatory communication under stress
- Desired German speaking, reading, and writing skills
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and development teams
- Conduct precise quality control analyses in the GMP laboratory
- Evaluate and document data according to GMP standards
- Create and maintain GMP documents including SOPs, changes, and deviations
- Ensure clear and compliant documentation
- Optimize processes for efficiency and quality
- Support the development and clinical supply of novel cancer therapies
