- Support process development for novel therapeutics
- Prepare internal and external CDMO projects for GMP manufacturing
- Perform experimental laboratory work
- Complete GMP-relevant documentation
- Collaborate with expert groups across Miltenyi
- Participate in internal and external customer development projects
- Implement modern analytical methods using flow cytometry, cell-based, and PCR-based assays
- Perform phenotyping and functional testing of immune cells
- Document and evaluate assay results
- Create GMP documents, including manufacturing instructions, process descriptions, and reports
- Develop, establish, and optimize new methods in cooperation with R&D
- Create project-relevant documents, such as SOPs or development reports in English
- Support technology transfer to manufacturing and associated departments
