Technical Account Manager – Rigid Packaging(m/w/x)
In this hybrid role, you will drive sales and support customers in Eastern and South Germany and Poland by combining commercial ownership with technical expertise. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve building relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with various teams to meet customer needs.
Anforderungen
- 3–5 years of B2B technical sales experience or technical experience
- Experience with adhesives, coatings, packaging, or process-related industries
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German, Polish, and English
- Valid driving license
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
- Bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship in a relevant technical field
- Proven ability to independently support customers with problem-solving and application expertise
- Knowledge of customer machinery, substrates, and application processes
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and territory management skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and value-based selling tools

- Deliver annual sales and volume growth
- Maintain and expand existing business
- Identify and close new opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and margins
- Execute pricing strategies and implement price increases
- Act as a technical advisor and perform product demonstrations
- Resolve application challenges for customers
- Build strong customer relationships and tailor value propositions
- Forecast accurately and manage territory activities
- Maintain clear documentation in Salesforce.com
- Collaborate with R&D, Technical Service, and Supply Chain teams
