- Assist internal and external customers with technical challenges
- Identify customer issues and research available solutions
- Recommend resolutions that meet customer needs
- Support internal sales teams and business clients
- Contribute to projects that improve department efficiency
- Represent and uphold company customer service values
- Respond promptly via phone, chat, or video call
- Document customer interactions with accurate data entry
- Follow up on inquiries and record responses
- Collaborate with and support internal operational teams
- Provide feedback on process and procedure improvements
- Process and complete various orders and requests
- Provide administrative support to field service engineers
- Perform other assigned duties as required
