Aufgaben
- Lead the financial accounting team of four.
- Oversee accounts receivable, payable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
- Continuously develop accounts receivable, payable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
- Prepare timely monthly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure financial statements comply with HGB.
- Analyze, optimize, and develop accounting processes and structures.
- Collaborate closely with controlling and other departments.
- Manage payment transactions and online banking.
- Perform account reconciliations and clarifications.
- Identify and implement optimization potential in accounting.
- Promote and develop team members.
- Act as the central contact for internal departments.
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and authorities.
