Anforderungen

• Degree or technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Physics, Environmental Engineering, or comparable field
• Several years experience in environmental, climatic, or reliability testing
• Ideally some experience in technical leadership or project team coordination
• Knowledge of relevant testing standards (e.g., IEC 60068-x, MIL-STD-810)
• Experience with measurement and testing equipment and technical documentation
• Advantageous knowledge of measurement uncertainty evaluation and calculation
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Good German and English language skills
• Strong communication, team orientation, and sense of responsibility

Aufgaben

• Provide technical and organizational leadership
• Plan and coordinate environmental and reliability tests
• Perform tests per DIN EN, IEC, MIL-STD, ISO
• Conduct shock, vibration, and drop tests
• Evaluate mechanical test results
• Perform temperature cycling and humidity tests
• Conduct IP tests for water and dust protection
• Ensure efficient operation of test systems
• Maintain availability of laboratory equipment
• Analyze and evaluate test results
• Review and approve test reports
• Evaluate and calculate measurement uncertainties
• Develop and maintain uncertainty budgets
• Support customers and development teams with test interpretation
• Drive continuous improvement of testing methods
• Optimize laboratory processes and infrastructure
• Maintain and develop ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
