- •Evaluate research results and recommend strategic actions
- •Lead R&D for food colors and coatings
- •Adapt products for pet food and cosmetic applications
- •Characterize new formulations using analytical methods
- •Translate analytical results into specification recommendations
- •Coordinate with product management, production, and quality assurance
- •Support technical scaling from laboratory to industrial production
- •Align R&D capabilities with commercial strategy
- •Maintain and sharpen the raw material portfolio
- •Standardize processes and update product data
