- Lead the ORBIS Medication Product Management team
- Foster collaboration and customer-focused decision-making
- Define the value stream's vision, mission, and strategy
- Communicate the value stream's roadmap
- Ensure alignment with business goals
- Assess and prioritize customer needs
- Consider business priorities, project demands, and technical dependencies
- Analyze market needs and regulatory requirements across regions
- Ensure product roadmap reflects customer and market value
- Collaborate with R&D leadership and UX
- Align strategy, concepts, development plans, and delivery
- Engage with Sales, Service, Support, and Product Management
- Collaborate with R&D to define and track metrics
- Drive continuous improvement based on metrics
