Anforderungen
- Degree in computer science or medical informatics, or IT-technical, pharmaceutical-technical, medical, or nursing training
- Professional experience in pharmacy, ward communication, OR, anestesia, intensive care, nursing workstation, inpatient/outpatient patient administration (if possible)
- Good knowledge of hospital medication processes
- Experience with legal regulations, practical/theoretical problems, and best practices in hospital/healthcare
- Beneficial business process modelling knowledge
- Commitment to teamwork and productive working relations
- Strong leadership, accountability, ownership, and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent presentation skills
Aufgaben
- Apply ORBIS expertise in Medication and other functional areas
- Define R&D serviceability requirements
- Prioritize R&D serviceability requirements
- Follow up on R&D serviceability requirements
- Lead pilot projects with product management
- Lead first-of-type projects with local service organizations
- Create content for ORBIS training programs
- Train local service organizations
- Support local service organizations
- Assist in defining reference databases for new countries
- Assist in validating reference databases for new countries
- Guide and assist first deployments in new countries or regions
- Assist in unblocking escalation sites
- Support unblocking problem sites
- Maintain documentation, manuals, and training material
- Review documentation, manuals, and training material
- Optimize processes and documentation for service delivery
- Optimize processes and documentation for customer-friendly delivery
- Drive an international community of domain experts
- Facilitate knowledge and best practice sharing
- Consolidate service requirements within the community
- Prioritize service requirements within the community
- Collaborate closely with product lifecycle teams
