- •Vocational training, IT experience, or relevant degree
- •3+ years experience in IT system rollout
- •Understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
- •Excellent German and good English skills

- •Oversee technical ORBIS installations from preparation to commissioning
- •Manage follow-up activities for successful system deployments
- •Act as the central contact for update partners
- •Represent partner requirements as an interface with the company
- •Monitor partner feedback and ensure timely task completion
- •Define update steps for ORBIS releases with relevant departments
- •Conduct regular coordination meetings with all update partners
- •Collaborate with management, sales, support, and development teams
- •Provide technical support outside of regular business hours
- •Analyze and resolve installation problems with pragmatic solutions
