- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a team of ERP D365 Operations Product Experts
- Act as the senior ERP specialist for solution design and delivery
- Plan, coordinate, and execute ERP D365 Operations deployments
- Manage resource allocation and release management
- Oversee the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Operations processes
- Ensure compliance with CWS Hygiene standards
- Serve as the key escalation point for D365 Operations initiatives
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across the organization
- Coach a team of six ERP Product Experts to promote professional growth
- Validate end-to-end business processes as a senior ERP expert
- Plan and coordinate ERP deployments and release cycles
- Manage resource and capacity planning for change requests and support tickets
- Oversee supplier and partner management for ERP products
- Manage effective 2nd and 3rd level support for ERP issues
- Maintain structured release documentation and ensure compliance with best practices
