- Translate needs into functional specifications
- Coordinate solution design and development
- Manage release processes and test case creation
- Conduct acceptance testing
- Support ERP users and manage change requests
- Provide guidance to ensure smooth system operation
- Drive ERP implementation and service delivery
- Ensure SLA compliance and performance improvements
- Collaborate with business units and external partners
- Customize ERP for local requirements
- Monitor and optimize the ERP landscape
- Analyze root causes of issues
