Anforderungen

  • 7+ years experience in Commercial Operations, After Sales, Sales, or Services
  • Leadership of multi-region teams
  • Strong track record in strategic negotiations and governance
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), ERP systems (SAP), BI tools (Power BI)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency in collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong strategic thinking
  • Stakeholder management
  • Negotiation skills
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Proven ability in change management
  • Structured problem-solving ability
  • Effective communication with diverse global stakeholders
  • Fluent English
  • German (B2)
  • Additional languages (advantage)

Aufgaben

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3-4 professionals
  • Ensure team role clarity and prioritization
  • Manage team performance and continuous development
  • Oversee LOA governance
  • Provide tender support for complex, cross-border opportunities
  • Identify and escalate risks promptly
  • Align decisions for cross-border opportunities
  • Implement global frameworks for Key Account Management
  • Implement global frameworks for market planning
  • Implement global frameworks for product competitiveness
  • Track framework implementation
  • Take corrective actions for strategy deployment
  • Monitor global After Sales KPIs and service-contract pipeline
  • Provide forecasts and variance analysis
  • Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Act as the main interface for global leadership and regional directors
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Service Technical Marketing)
  • Ensure alignment and transparent communication across teams
  • Foster regional collaboration and capability building
  • Promote best-practice sharing across regions
