- Advanced Excel skills

- Ensure team role clarity and prioritization
- Manage team performance and continuous development
- Oversee LOA governance
- Provide tender support for complex, cross-border opportunities
- Identify and escalate risks promptly
- Align decisions for cross-border opportunities
- Implement global frameworks for Key Account Management
- Implement global frameworks for market planning
- Implement global frameworks for product competitiveness
- Track framework implementation
- Take corrective actions for strategy deployment
- Monitor global After Sales KPIs and service-contract pipeline
- Provide forecasts and variance analysis
- Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
- Act as the main interface for global leadership and regional directors
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Service Technical Marketing)
- Ensure alignment and transparent communication across teams
- Foster regional collaboration and capability building
- Promote best-practice sharing across regions
