Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-quality standards while exploring new business opportunities.

Anforderungen

• •Solid experience in project and construction site management
• •Deep knowledge or strong enthusiasm for 3DCP technologies
• •Experience in sales or business development
• •Strong communication and leadership skills
• •Solid technical background in architecture, civil engineering, or related field
• •Several years of site management experience
• •Experience in business development within construction sector
• •Extensive expertise in building materials and construction processes
• •Good knowledge of construction standards and building regulations in Germany
• •Strong negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and presentation strength
• •High degree of responsibility, independence, and self-motivation
• •Flexibility and willingness to travel
• •Very good knowledge of German and English
• •Product management expertise in construction chemistry, connector technology, concrete products, or formwork industries
• •Experience in Lean Construction and construction site logistics
• •Affinity for automation and robotics
