- Experience managing global projects across multiple geographies
- Fluency in English (C1+) and German (B2) is advantageous
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
Aufgaben
- Translate global operations strategy into actionable initiatives
- Lead and review the Service Applications Roadmap
- Drive automation and leverage technological advancements
- Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives
- Oversee ERP-related processes, including Order-to-Cash and Contract-to-Cash
- Manage Service Remanufacturing and e-invoicing processes
- Ensure license-to-operate during SAP S/4HANA Cloud upgrades
- Enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Monitor performance using KPIs in the Operations Dashboard
- Provide coaching and guidance to empower the team
- Oversee resource planning and define team roles
- Promote teamwork and knowledge sharing across levels
- Lead the FLASH + ATURB Change Advisory Board
- Manage backlog requirements and changes effectively
