Anforderungen
- •Experience in ERP management and optimization with S/4HANA Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics
- •Background in service operations, systems integration, process ownership, and process improvement
- •Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively
- •Experience leading teams and managing change
- •Comfortable working with senior leadership across diverse regions and cultures
- •Experience managing global projects across multiple geographies
- •Fluency in English (C1+) and German (B2) is advantageous
- •Willingness to travel internationally as needed

- •Lead and review the Service Applications Roadmap
- •Drive automation and leverage technological advancements
- •Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives
- •Oversee ERP-related processes, including Order-to-Cash and Contract-to-Cash
- •Manage Service Remanufacturing and e-invoicing processes
- •Ensure license-to-operate during SAP S/4HANA Cloud upgrades
- •Enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- •Monitor performance using KPIs in the Operations Dashboard
- •Provide coaching and guidance to empower the team
- •Oversee resource planning and define team roles
- •Promote teamwork and knowledge sharing across levels
- •Lead the FLASH + ATURB Change Advisory Board
- •Manage backlog requirements and changes effectively
