- Fluency in German and English
- French language skills (plus)
Aufgaben
- Lead, coach, and develop service professionals.
- Cultivate a high-performance and safety-driven culture.
- Plan, schedule, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Achieve service KPIs (OTD, response time, utilization).
- Serve as the primary site representative and contact.
- Coordinate local site infrastructure and compliance.
- Align operational interfaces with internal stakeholders.
- Drive DACH cluster collaboration and alignment.
- Ensure consistent service standards and best practices.
- Strengthen customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain close customer relationships.
- Deliver rapid, solution-oriented service.
- Continuously improve service processes using metrics and feedback.
