Anforderungen

  • Several years of experience in a comparable role or as a senior expert / professional team coordinator
  • Strong expertise in building, further developing, and applying processes, standards, and methodologies
  • Very strong Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and KPI-driven steering
  • Experience with common ERP and CRM systems and understanding of invoicing and billing processes
  • Solid business and financial understanding in service and project context
  • Experience coordinating and steering tasks, projects, or service-related initiatives based on KPIs
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
  • Confident communication in German and English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and develop people
  • Analytical thinking and structured work approach
  • Learning agility and adaptability to changing environments
  • Strong customer focus and combination of service quality with business thinking

Aufgaben

  • Lead, coach, and motivate your team
  • Foster a culture of trust and continuous development
  • Create clear action plans and prioritize tasks
  • Ensure transparency regarding goals and progress
  • Establish and use KPIs to monitor team performance
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones and feedback discussions
  • Support individual growth through development conversations
  • Strengthen cross-team collaboration
  • Develop, implement, and maintain service standards and processes
  • Continuously assess workflows for efficiency and quality improvements
  • Manage monthly closing activities, including invoicing and verification
  • Handle billing-related inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Provide consulting support on service-related topics
  • Coordinate daily operations, considering dependencies and priorities
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues
  • Contribute to sustainable solutions for professional challenges
  • Ensure proper documentation of processes and standards
  • Train team members on established processes and methodologies
