Aufgaben
- Manage and develop a team of 3+ Operations Managers across 5 international markets
- Ensure efficient performance of fulfillment KPIs and cost centers
- Present KPIs to leadership and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Create solutions for operational challenges to delight customers
- Collaborate with operations, commercial, and tech teams
- Spearhead improvements in fulfillment processes and software across locations
- Build and strengthen the partner-operations team
- Monitor KPIs, costs, and SLAs with business partners and suppliers
- Shape the vision of Hive’s 3PL partner program
- Lead diverse remote teams and coach team members
- Analyze data for decision-making, utilizing SQL and Excel for cost analysis
- Develop standard operating procedures when necessary
- Explore 3PL supplier relations and e-commerce operations
- Communicate effectively and manage relationships with negotiation skills
