- Lead IT operations for 130+ employees
- Manage dual-OS MDM, hardware lifecycles, and office infrastructure
- Identify and rollout AI capabilities
- Maintain AI tool inventory and define usage policies
- Administer Entra ID (Azure AD) and manage identity lifecycles
- Handle SSO configurations for 30+ SaaS vendors
- Overhaul onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
- Ensure robust backups and first-level support
- Drive AI-powered automation with IAM/Automation Engineer
- Oversee Information Security across the company
- Manage IT budget and KPIs
- Provide consulting support on tooling decisions and process automation
