Aufgaben
- Execute global brand and innovation strategy for essence and Catrice in MENA
- Ensure local relevance and cultural fit
- Define market priorities with Sales
- Adapt campaigns, messaging, and activations
- Lead and develop the MENA Marketing Team
- Drive excellence in digital marketing, brand communication, and assortment adaptation
- Act as central marketing lead for distributor markets
- Ensure brand consistency and market responsiveness
- Manage regional marketing budget
- Allocate budget, track performance, and optimize ROI
- Oversee integrated communication activities
- Coordinate digital, influencer marketing, PR, and campaign execution
- Drive assortment planning and retail collaboration
- Base decisions on data insights, market trends, and customer needs
- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with global teams
- Represent MENA in international marketing forums
