- •Degree in business administration, agricultural sciences, or comparable qualification
- •Several years of professional experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain management
- •In-depth knowledge of customer requirements and relevant systems and processes
- •Initial leadership experience through team management
- •Strong operational, commercial, and strategic thinking with analytical skills
- •Willingness to drive change and results-oriented working style
- •Excellent organizational and communication skills, team spirit, and assertiveness
- •Professional proficiency in German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- •Willingness to travel within Germany (up to approx. 20%)
