Aufgaben
- Select four impactful projects from the program pool
- Lead project planning, coordination, and execution
- Drive outcomes and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Contribute to projects across various functions and regions
- Complete one project with an international scope
- Partner with a senior mentor for professional growth
- Attend strategic thinking and leadership onboarding training
- Tour headquarters, R&D centers, and breeding stations
- Participate in hands-on agricultural field work
- Identify development opportunities with project supervisors
- Share best practices with fellow graduates every six months
- Engage with company leaders and alumni events
- Support various social responsibility projects
