Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, editors, localization PMs, and AI specialists
- Coach team members, manage resource planning, and handle capacity management
- Hire and develop talent within the team
- Translate brand and channel strategies into copy guidelines and guardrails
- Create compelling and goal-oriented messaging across various channels and formats
- Integrate GenAI into copy creation processes
- Embed copy creation and localization into static and video asset workflows
- Establish and manage the editorial roadmap and content calendar
- Design and optimize scalable content operations
- Define and map workflows and processes with other content leaders
- Lead the creation of expert content on pet health, nutrition, and training
- Ensure content is vet-reviewed, fact-checked, and compliant
- Manage the online Magazine and optimize pet expertise content
- Define localization strategy for direct translation and transcreation
- Build terminology management, do-not-translate lists, and market-specific style guides
- Implement a modular content approach with taxonomy and metadata
- Organize LQA processes and collaborate with local teams
- Own the ITE/LLM-based translation pipeline
- Train, evaluate, and adapt domain-specific content
- Define and manage quality metrics and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Manage terminology and translation memories
- Ensure compliance with PII and risk management
- Conduct continuous improvement through error analysis and feedback loops
- Partner with Legal and Compliance for claims-safe, market-compliant content
- Align closely with Performance Marketing, SEO, Video, Graphics, and Partnerships
