Anforderungen
- •7+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, After Sales, Sales, or Services
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- •Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), ERP systems (SAP), BI tools (Power BI), advanced Excel, and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint)
- •Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and experience in data-driven decision-making and process improvement
- •Proven ability in change management, structured problem-solving, and effective communication with diverse global stakeholders
- •Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage

- •Ensure role clarity and performance management
- •Oversee LOA governance and tender support for cross-border opportunities
- •Identify and escalate risks in a timely manner
- •Implement global frameworks for Key Account Management
- •Drive market planning and product competitiveness
- •Track After Sales KPIs and service-contract pipeline
- •Provide forecasts and actionable insights to senior leadership
- •Serve as the main interface between global leadership and regional After Sales Directors
- •Ensure alignment and transparent communication across teams
- •Foster collaboration and best-practice sharing across regions
- •Accelerate deal velocity and deliver measurable business impact
