Anforderungen
- •5+ years’ experience in Commercial Operations, After Sales, Sales, or Services within complex international environments
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- •Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP), BI (Power BI/SAC), advanced Excel, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
- •Strengths in strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, process design, change management, executive stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication
- •Core competencies in influence without authority, structured problem-solving, commercial acumen, governance & risk management, program management, and compelling storytelling
- •Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus

- •Drive global After Sales KPI tracking
- •Maintain a live dashboard for performance metrics
- •Deliver variance analysis and gap-closure actions
- •Manage the service-contract pipeline across the fleet
- •Boost coverage, conversion, and renewal health
- •Forecast churn and revenue
- •Run scenario planning for long-term decisions
- •Monitor DSO and overdue accounts
- •Enforce contractual obligations using tailored toolkits
- •Oversee availability compensation and bonus outcomes
- •Classify root causes and support negotiations
- •Convert cases into product sales when possible
- •Elevate regional capability through training
- •Share best practices and conduct regular cross-regional syncs
- •Improve service-to-invoice timeliness and quality
