- •5+ years of experience in B2B contract management, negotiation, or sales
- •Proven leadership experience and drive to build high-performance teams
- •Ability to balance people leadership and hands-on execution
- •Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- •Data-driven mindset with experience in forecasting and pipeline management
- •Thriving in fast-paced, scaling environments
- •Strong affinity for the product and confident representation
- •Professionally fluent in both German and English

- •Improve and formalize processes and tools for scalability
- •Own renewal forecasting and analyze the portfolio for action needs
- •Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
- •Implement strategies across the team based on analysis
- •Coordinate with Sales, Client Success, Legal, and Controlling for contract execution
- •Understand corporate client needs and develop negotiation strategies
