- •Advise on international transfer pricing strategy and documentation
- •Support Advanced Pricing Agreements and Mutual Agreements Procedures
- •Assist with domestic and international tax audits
- •Ensure compliance with international tax laws and jurisdictions
- •Lead and coordinate tax-relevant projects
- •Maintain compliance with Japan-SOX requirements
