- Optimize resource allocation across international markets
- Lead strategic planning and annual budgeting cycles
- Define modeling approaches and align country targets
- Present financial analyses to senior leadership
- Deliver reporting and forecasting for business reviews
- Manage TA P&L to ensure investment consistency
- Build forecasting models for countries and clusters
- Ensure high-quality submission of reports and KPIs
- Assess pricing proposals and reimbursement impacts
- Support pricing strategy through market pathway analysis
- Mitigate financial risks by applying corporate policies
- Maintain accurate P&L forecasting and financial controls
- Leverage Global Finance Services to enhance efficiency
- Analyze IHQ performance across patients and revenue
- Align financial data with Market Access teams
- Manage operational expenses for IHQ spend
- Mentor and develop business controllers and analysts
- Provide training on revenue models and analytical tools
