Anforderungen
- Strong expertise in integrating electronics with hardware and mechanical systems
- Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar
- Experience integrating electronics and mechanical systems
- Experience in developing medical devices and understanding of design control in a regulated industry
- At least 5 years of product development experience as a lead design engineer, project engineer, or similar
- Strong systems engineering mindset focused on robust, first-time-right designs
- Experience in plastic and mechanical design for electro-mechanical display devices
- Ability to work independently with a pragmatic, practical approach
- Commitment to knowledge sharing and best practices in a global team environment
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Support and define product development activities
- Document and manage technical aspects of product development
- Identify user needs through stakeholder engagement
- Analyze user and business needs into product requirements
- Lead technical decision-making on trade-offs
- Assist in building and leading the technical team
- Align product architecture within the R&D organization
- Investigate new products in clinical areas
- Maintain technical overview and technology interfaces
- Work and document according to FDA and ISO requirements
