- Strong systems engineering mindset and mechanical mindset
- Experience in product development, plastic and mechanical design for single-use products
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
- Fluency in English

- Develop innovative medical devices
- Contribute actively within the R&D organization
- Lead product development projects
- Maintain a high-level technical overview
- Facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders
- Drive and own technical solutions in new development projects
- Create and review product documentation
- Define and document product development activities
- Identify and understand user needs through stakeholder engagement
- Analyze user needs and system requirements into product requirements
- Build and lead the technical team with project and line managers
- Align product architecture and design solutions within R&D
- Investigate and develop new products in clinical areas
- Establish and maintain technical overviews and interfaces
- Document and test according to FDA and ISO requirements
- Collaborate with global teams and external partners
