- Basic database administration knowledge (MS SQL and MySQL)
- Solid SQL skills, analytical thinking for database models, and complex SQL query writing
- Preferred hands-on experience with development tools/languages (Python, DelphiScript, VBA)
- Use of AI tools like ChatGPT
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Beneficial experience with O365 tools (PowerBI & PowerApps)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders
- Fluent English and German speaking/writing skills
- Flexibility for occasional support outside business hours
