Aufgaben
- Establish Development Item technical specifications from requirements.
- Maintain Development Item technical specifications throughout development.
- Define and oversee Technology Development Activities for low readiness.
- Lead co-engineering activities with potential suppliers.
- Lead statement of work establishment for proposals.
- Conduct technical evaluations of supplier proposals.
- Review and evaluate supplier compliance statements.
- Coordinate Equipment Qualification Status Reviews.
- Conduct Equipment Qualification Status Reviews for product re-use.
- Ensure on-quality, on-time, and on-cost delivery.
- Report Development Item progress to stakeholders.
- Provide early warnings on Development Item issues.
- Contribute to Development Item problem resolution.
- Manage Development Item development and qualification reviews.
- Lead, organize, and contribute to supplier documentation reviews.
- Maintain the Development Item schedule.
- Manage changes with suppliers.
- Apply export control and security regulations.
- Analyze supplier technical solutions for feasibility and compatibility.
- Monitor supplier DD&V for feasibility and compliance.
- Track supplier technical budgets and margins.
- Review supplier technical documentation.
- Monitor and analyze supplier technical compliance to requirements.
- Organize Airbus and customer participation in quality inspections.
- Support instrument project schedule management.
- Support instrument project scope management.
- Manage Development Item risks and opportunities.
- Escalate risk and opportunity assessments to project level.
- Participate in project Change Control Boards.
- Participate in project Schedule Control Boards.
- Interface with product assurance on supplier quality.
- Support product assurance on supplier quality topics.
