- Oversee the breakdown of complex systems into subsystems and components
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Execute project plans effectively
- Make critical technical and strategic decisions
- Monitor quality and project progress
- Report on project status and apply agile methodologies
- Motivate team members to encourage innovation and high performance
- Ensure compliance with defense industry standards and regulations
- Travel as needed to coordinate with teams and clients
