- Knowledge of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Flexible and adaptable to changing project demands
- Strong communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with defense industry standards and practices
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity
Aufgaben
- Design and implement integration solutions
- Develop and maintain IT communication systems
- Configure and optimize communication infrastructure on Windows Server and Linux
- Document setups in Confluence
- Automate integration workflows using Shell Scripting and Bash Programming
- Deploy and manage integration environments with Docker
- Orchestrate containerized environments using Kubernetes
- Collaborate with IVV teams for integration testing support
- Oversee system-level integration for cohesive functionality
- Align integration solutions with project goals through stakeholder collaboration
- Optimize infrastructure for performance and scalability
- Manage resource allocation and load balancing with Kubernetes
- Incorporate security best practices into solutions
- Identify and log risks in Jira for tracking and resolution
- Integrate tools for seamless data flow between platforms
