Anforderungen
- •IT-related degree, or degree in economics or law with strong affinity for IT
- •At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- •Fluent English skills, German is a plus
- •Extensive experience in budgeting and cost management
- •Demonstrated experience in contract management and negotiation skills
- •Strong commitment to standardizing and streamlining approaches and processes
- •Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build sustainable relationships
- •High level of self-responsibility and reliability, structured, analytical and diligent work style, strong learning agility

- •Develop the partner landscape to meet current and future requirements
- •Build a trusting and coordinated ecosystem of internal and external resources
- •Review and refine existing contracts
- •Lead contract negotiations and implement improvements
- •Collaborate with internal experts and legal colleagues on vendor relationships
- •Prepare a demand-driven consultant portfolio
- •Conduct performance reviews and track qualifications and skills
- •Provide recommendations to stakeholders regarding consultants
- •Onboard new consultants with sessions, templates, and procedures
- •Standardize and operationalize tracking across the service portfolio
- •Ensure service level agreements align with support levels and stakeholder requirements
- •Drive operational improvements independently
- •Collaborate with service owners to enhance operations
- •Manage all budgets related to team services
- •Control costs and process invoices
- •Plan budgets in accordance with company standards
- •Optimize expenditures for sustainability and profitability
- •Utilize monitoring and reporting tools for data-driven decisions
- •Compile analytical insights to support recommendations
