- Control project time, scope, and budget
- Clarify requirements with SAP and non-SAP technical teams
- Design integrated solutions for technical implementation
- Provide ongoing 3rd level technical support for SAP applications
- Take responsibility for various SAP applications in production and quality management
- Ensure professional and technical development of applications
- Support strategic alignment of the IT system landscape
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Ensure effective resource utilization and adherence to project goals
- Act as the main point of contact for communication among all parties
