- Design and implement leadership initiatives
- Use data for workforce decisions
- Define and track HR and business KPIs
- Champion people analytics use
- Interface between business leaders and HR CoEs
- Ensure alignment between business and HR programs
- Collaborate with CoEs on scalable solutions
- Ensure consistent global HR process execution
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives
- Design and implement change management strategies
