In this role, you will be at the heart of global marketing, providing essential support to the product management team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing procurement tasks, maintaining processes, and ensuring effective internal communication, all while making a meaningful impact.

• •Experience as a Support Specialist in global marketing
• •Structured and reliable way of working
• •Constructive and open collaboration and communication
• •Strong service and support orientation, flexibility, resilience, and curiosity

• •Fluency in English and German

Aufgaben

• •Provide administrative support for Global Product Management and Evidence Generation teams
• •Execute procurement tasks, including purchase orders and invoice management
• •Qualify vendors for procurement processes
• •Assist in budget management and planning
• •Manage and maintain processes like iLiss/Codesoft and PDM
• •Support the labeling process and conduct quality checks
• •Conduct quarterly queries and perform further analysis for the team
• •Handle internal communication tasks, including event organization and information management
• •Provide data support for various projects
• •Assist with tender management
