Anforderungen
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or comparable technical field
- Proven experience in Supplier Quality Management
- Strong knowledge of PPAP and supplier qualification processes
- Experience with supplier audits, quality methodologies, and problem-solving tools
- Solid understanding of procurement and supply chain operations
- Familiarity with sustainability, corporate governance, and Supplier Code of Conduct
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification desirable
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel approximately 40%
Aufgaben
- Lead and execute part and process qualifications (PPAP)
- Act as project manager for PPAP activities
- Drive supplier qualification and quality improvement
- Plan and conduct supplier audits and assessments
- Follow up on supplier audits and assessments
- Ensure effective closure of non-conformances
- Manage supplier quality issues and non-conformances
- Escalate issues when required
- Monitor and report supplier performance KPIs
- Support Supplier Performance Evaluations
- Maintain PPAP documentation in PLM systems and SAP Reiwa
- Foster cross-functional collaboration
- Promote proactive communication
- Resolve conflicts effectively
