Anforderungen

  • University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain & Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, Customer Support, or Operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, stakeholders management, negotiation skills
  • Influencing, assertiveness, ability to challenge status quo with suppliers' management
  • High degree of autonomy and organization skills
  • Negotiation level English, German, or French (plus)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (4–6 trips per year)
  • Global mindset and flexibility to collaborate with international suppliers across different time zones
  • Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
  • Preference for disabled applicants in case of equal qualification

Aufgaben

  • Oversee supplier operational performance
  • Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
  • Drive supplier performance improvements
  • Act as primary supplier contact
  • Develop and implement recovery plans
  • Manage quality and delivery improvement plans
  • Identify and mitigate supplier industrial risks
  • Assess supplier capacity and capability
  • Contribute to supplier development
  • Secure supplier approval and compliance
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Control supplier activities effectively
